EagleRayBay was custom designed by two award winning Macintosh Software Developers to maximize the experience of living on the beach in the Caribbean. They spent over seven months looking at every beach lot available to find the perfect location. Below are some of the features that we specifically designed into the house that makes it one of a kind experience.

1. No neighbors as far as the eye can see, yet only 10 minutes from first class dining and 30 minutes from town with all the amenities you need.
2. Every room has a maximized view, the master bedroom, living room, dining area, the guest bedrooms. The layout and window placement was designed to maximize the views.
3. There are no posts, poles, trees or partial views. Look out a window and enjoy a panoramic view of the Caribbean, not your neighbors or a pool.
4. Reef Protected, Lightning rods and Hurricane Shutters.
5. Ten foot ceilings with Eight foot sliding glass doors.
6. Large storage shed.
7. Never needs painting.
